2. Course access and licenses

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, household use. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials.

3. Payment and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on jurisdiction. We may change prices prospectively at any time.

4. Refunds

• Online courses: 14-day refund if less than 25% of lessons are completed.
• Printable/Hybrid materials: refundable within 14 days if unopened and in resalable condition.
• Refunds require proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abuse or fraud.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No attempts to circumvent security or misuse localStorage features like Cart or Fallows.
• No automated scraping without prior written consent.

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Nightfallix ScholarPrep or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Disclaimers
